Hi! I'm Denise Posnak Gaffney, and I started MyBOD MOMS after having my first child, Alexandra Rose. Though I've worked with pre and postnatal clients for 15 years, it wasn't until I entered motherhood that I truly understood the unique needs of a mom. In addition to being the founder of MyBOD Wellness, I’m a happy customer of MyBOD MOMS – using the convenient, time-saving, and centering workouts to help me connect to myself and juggle this new life of being a business owner and mother.
