She has over 10 years of experience as a teacher, with formal studies including 200-hour and 500-hour yoga training programs and a Pilates certification program through Power Pilates. Sarah teaches from a mindfulness perspective, providing you with the tools needed to remain connected with the present moment and to balance effort and ease in each movement. She brings a genuine attitude of joy and openness to the student-teacher relationship, helping to put you at ease no matter your experience level. Sarah is also an Educational Psychologist who conducts research and outreach on the intersection of mindfulness and learning.
